This automatic filling device is used for conveying materials of dispersion adhesive from large containers to supply one or more spray gun(s). 

Container materials used 1.4301/Viton, air connection G ¼ inch male thread, CII/Modele A1, admissible lad alternation: Δp =-1/+3.0 bar, test pressure 4,3 bar, design pressure:  -1/+3.0 bar; asmissible operational excess pressure: -1/+3.0 bar; setting pressure to the safety valve: 3 bar; Blow-off  output, safety valve: 67 bar; Input pressure (pressure regulator): 16 bar; adm. Operating temperature  (min +10°C and max + 50°C); volume 48 ltr.; useful volume (max): 40 ltr.; filling agent/operating medium Fluid group 1; sound level 98.1 dB(A)

The equipment should be cleaned again before use. Maybe the ball valve for air inlet should be changed; solenoid valve for pneumatic drive ZA25-EE63/AN 24 DC with EE620632.
