Egg washing machines, tunnel type, with 2 washing pressure nozzles
The equipment performs the following operations:
- water loading with the help of the pump;
- takes the water to the rinse nozzles;
- the eggs are transported with the help of a belt with links, then the washed eggs are transferred further on the conveyor belt;
- washing is done with the help of two washing nozzles
The water resulting from washing is filtered in a lower tank with a filter.
Capacity: 3,200 – 12,600 eggs/h
- Electrical supply: three-phase connection. 16/21 kW 400V 3 / N / PE, 50-60Hz / 230V
- Water pressure: 0.4 Mpa ÷ 0.6 Mpa (4 ÷ 6 bar).
The pump requires pneumatic pressure.
