This multi mould press rack system provides the best solution for these industries that make cooked ham, bacon and other cooked product in the meat sector. The finish quality and strength gives an excellent durability and reliability, furthermore they have a hygienic and compact design that makes them the perfect complement for an ultimate plant.

Ham moulds with internal dimensions of 400 mm x 110 mm x 340 mm. In total, there are 36 forms of ham in the rack. The total dimensions of the press rack are 950 mm x 1020 mm x 1480 mm.
